Five The experimental Five-G will be launched in the country on December 12. State-owned mobile phone operator Teletalk will launch the network in several areas of the capital, especially at key installations. Next year, the operator will launch this network on 200 important sites (towers) of the country. However, other mobile phone operators will also launch Five-G in 2022.

Although the Five-G network will be launched on 'Digital Bangladesh Day on December 12, not everyone will be able to use this service. This network will be launched in a few special installations.
 
Asked about this, Posts and Telecommunications Minister Mustafa Jabbar said, "We have initially planned to launch Five-G in several nationally important installations. These include Bangabhaban, Ganobhaban, Sangsad Bhaban, Prime Minister's Office, Secretariat and Dhanmondi No. 32. We also have plans to launch Five-G in two more installations. Although the decision has not been finalized yet, these are Tungipara and the central Shaheed Minar area of the capital.

The minister said, “There are 14 mobile manufacturing factories in the country. Its promoters have told us that everyone has the ability to make Five-G phones. When the time comes, they will make a Five-G phone. ' Referring to the making of the Five-G phone, he said, "Samsung has informed me that they have already made the Five-G phone." He is hopeful that others will also come forward.
 
Asked about the Five-G phones, Zakaria Shahid, general secretary of BMPIA, the country's mobile phone manufacturers' association, told the Bengali Tribune: He said that production of Five-G phones will start in some factories next year. He also plans to make a Five-G phone at Symphony's own factory. He thinks that there are already many Five-G phones in the country. Five-G supported iPhone and other expensive phones. He said that this number is not very low.
 
The general secretary of BMPIA thinks that the price difference will be a big issue. The Five-G phone will be quite expensive compared to the Four-G phone. Zakaria Shahid thinks that the success of the Five-G phone will depend on how much it will be within the reach of the average customer.
 
Rezwanul Haque, chief executive of Transit Bangladesh, a maker of techno, iTel, and Infinix mobiles, said they also have plans to make five-G phones. He said that they will start production of Five-G phones next year.
 
Meanwhile, Motorola is also bringing Five-G phones into the country. Motorola's Edge Series Five-G phone is coming to market next month. Apo is also reportedly making Five-G phones. 
 

I bought Five-G waves in March

 
The wave (spectrum) auction for Five-G will be held in March next year. Although the wave auction was supposed to be held in December this year, it is not happening. It is learned that in that auction, other mobile operators of the country will launch Five-G in phases.
 
Incidentally, Teletalk has received a wave allocation to launch the Five-G service. When the company applied to the telecommunications regulator BTRC for wave allocation, the 254th commission meeting allotted 60 MHz waves in the 3.5 GHz band (3340-3400 MHz) in favor of Teletalk.

Mobile phone operators will send SMS to customers in Bengali. This rule will be effective from 21st February. This initiative has been taken to introduce Bangla through mobile on International Mother Language Day. Meanwhile, the telecom regulator BTRC has sent instructions to all mobile phone operators in the country.
 
Posts and Telecommunications Minister Mustafa Jabbar posted the information on his verified Facebook page on Friday (November 26th). He wrote, "From February 21, mobile operators will give all their information in Bengali."
 
It is learned that at the 255th commission meeting of BTRC, the decision regarding sending SMS to Bengali subscribers was finalized. In this way, the information sent by the mobile phone operator will be easily understood by the customers of all levels. However, the operators have been given time till February 20 (2022) to implement the technical aspects and instructions have been given to implement it from the 21st. This instruction was given to the mobile phone operators of the country by BTRC on 12 October.
